A real estate education company has passed a major milestone. ARTI Academics, which offers free, mobile-accessible real estate courses, announced it has surpassed 50,000 registered users.

Founded to offer an alternative to traditional real estate education models, ARTI Academics operates primarily in Utah, Nevada, and Texas, and is working to expand into California. The platform provides both continuing education (CE) and pre-licensing courses for real estate professionals.

Unlike many competitors, ARTI Academics offers all of its courses free of charge. It also features what the company claims is the first AI-powered assistant integrated directly into a real estate education platform. The assistant, called Ask ARTI, is designed to answer students’ course-related questions in real time.

In total, ARTI Academics has 94 continuing education courses approved across Utah, Nevada, and Texas. It currently offers pre-licensing programs in Utah and Nevada, with Texas pre-licensing expected to be available soon. All courses are accessible through a mobile app, allowing students to study from virtually anywhere — an approach the company says meets the needs of modern real estate professionals.

The education platform is one part of a broader suite of real estate-focused tools developed by ARTI. Other offerings include ARTI Transact, a brokerage transaction management system; ARTI Manager, a property management platform; ARTI Tools, a productivity toolkit for agents; and ARTI Studio, a resource for marketing and creative services. The suite is designed to provide end-to-end support for real estate professionals beyond education alone.

“Our vision has always been to make real estate education more accessible, more innovative, and more impactful,” said Matt Walter, chief technology officer at ARTI Academics. “Passing 50,000 users is an exciting milestone that validates our mission — to empower real estate professionals with education that meets them where they are: on their devices, on their schedule, and on their terms.”

ARTI Academics’ growth comes at a time when real estate markets in states like Utah, Nevada, and Texas are continuing to expand, fueling demand for professional development and licensing programs. The company’s entry into California would place it in another one of the largest real estate markets in the country.

In addition to being free, ARTI Academics courses are accredited and designed by experienced real estate practitioners, with a focus on real-world applicability. The platform has been particularly popular among agents and brokers looking for flexible, cost-effective education options in a changing industry landscape.
