Utah 3 Hour Required Course – Mandatory Residential Course

This 3 hours is a core class. 9 of the required 18 credit hours must be core, and this counts for 3 of the 9 core classes. This course covers various aspects of the Utah Residential Purchase Contract (REPC). Many schools chose rush the course together within weeks of the Utah Division of Real Estate's training of instructors and providing the outlines, however ARTI® Academics has been busy assembling the best instructors and preparing course material for you that will be engaging, fulfilling, and propel your success for years to come. Rome wasn't built overnight!
Why Is This Course Required?
In a nutshell, real estate agents need to be better trained on handling various real estate situations that arise. While each real estate transaction is unique, there are various aspects that are similar. Our class ensures that you are familiar with key provisions, areas of concern, misconceptions and scenarios around the Real Estate Purchase Contract. We are excited to begin offering this course in 2019 with plenty of time for you to complete prior to your next renewal.
When Can I Take The Mandatory 3 Hour Residential Course?
This course is currently in the construction phase and will be available to you before the end of 2019. This will provide ample time to complete prior to your renewal in 2020.
Will you be offering the 3 Hour Mandatory Property Management and Commercial Versions of this course?
We offer extensive training in the Property Management and Commercial Real Estate (coming soon) sectors. That being said, it is not currently in our roadmap to provide the 3 hour mandatory classes. The commercial real estate and property management industries are very niche markets. If property management or commercial real estate is your practice, we recommend taking one of our highly sought after courses.
