Hi Connie! The cost is currently “$152 non-refundable fee ($100 application fee, $12 recovery fund fee and $40 fingerprint processing fee)” from the Real Estate Divisions website (linked above). Of course ARTI Academics Real Estate School is free to earn your 120 hours of required education classes to be eligible to apply for your Utah Real Estate License.
